This Valentine’s season, Olivia’s Helping Hands made a donation to FACETS to support their vital work serving neighbors in crisis-especially during one of the coldest times of year. Our total gift was $1,050 ($1,000 donation + $50 to help offset processing fees).
FACETS shared a message that meant a lot to our team: “Please know that you are making a real-time impact in our community by providing shelter, food, medical outreach, and other essential services to our most vulnerable neighbors… thank you for everything you do.” – FACETS Team
FACETS is one of Fairfax County’s largest social safety nets, helping families and individuals move from crisis to stability-keeping neighbors warm, dry, fed, and safe, and connecting them to shelter, healthcare, and housing support.
We’re grateful to everyone who supports Olivia’s Helping Hands and makes moments like this possible. No one should face winter alone. (That belief continues to guide our work-especially during hypothermia-season needs.)
